Engagements shown on this Site are anonymised where confidentiality applies. Industry descriptors and directional results are accurate; identifying information is not disclosed without the express written consent of the relevant client.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding agreement. An engagement with FZ Group commences only upon the execution of a written agreement and is subject to acceptance by us in our sole discretion.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Note: Substantive client engagements are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant signed agreement, which typically provide for arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
